Dongni Yan, has been focusing on value-added new product development and business creation in special ingredient sector. During the past 15 years, she served functions such as business innovation, technology commercialization and international trading business in the Netherlands, and new business development in both Canada and China.

Currently she is working for IFF Health. From 2021, with enlarged product portfolio, IFF health will continue to deliver high-quality functional health ingredients backed by science.

Dongni graduated from Wageningen university with major in Food Innovation and Management, and obtained the Cooperate Finance certificate from London Business School.
