Jay Liang is Vice President in Shanghai Packaging Technology Association, and Director R&D APAC in Sealed Air Corporation, based in Shanghai, he is responsible for packaging solution and application development for food packaging in APAC. In 16 years with Sealed Air, Jay Liang has held a number of technical and management positions.

Before joining Sealed Air Corporation, Jay Liang worked in technical, quality management and R&D positions in another multinational packaging company for 8 years.

Jay Liang graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and holds Bachelor degree of Polymer Science and Engineering.
