In 2014, Xuexue co-founded the Startup Wholly Moly! with Claire Fang, serving as the COO and Growth lead. She guided the team achieving sales and subscribers breakthroughs from scratch. Since then, she set the foundation for the company and made wins and last. Prior to Wholly Moly!, Xuexue was the COO of a private enterprise, leading and managing a team of over 200 employees. She was in charge of great responsibilities, including but not limited to National Sales Network supervisions, Online Sales Channels laying, and National Logistics & Warehousing System management; which all enriched her entrepreneurship.  With a solid background in STEM,  Xuexue takes a key role in Wholly Moly!  leading the Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Retail and User team to construct an internal digital operational system that not only steers clear of some unseen risk which can be detected by data, but also scales up the growth related performance in a highly efficient way.
