Yin assists Keller and Heckman clients in the monitoring of legal developments impacting the regulations of food (including health functional foods), food packaging, cosmetics, and consumer products throughout Asia. Yin advises multi-national food and chemical companies on a regular basis in product stewardship and compliance matters, including responding to government inquiries and issue tackling in customs clearance, especially in China, Japan, Korea, India, Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries.  Yin has extensive experience with helping food and cosmetic manufacturers in obtaining production qualifications, pre-market product clearance, label and promotional campaign evaluation. 

Yin is a regular speaker on compliance matters at food conferences and expos throughout Asia.  She has published numerous articles to study the policies and regulations of food, cosmetic and consumer products.
