Edgar Gong is the Product Portfolio Manager of Cargill China Grain & Oilseeds. He joined Cargill in 2011 and has been engaged in the marketing of vegetable fat downstream, mainly responsible for product development in the fields of snack foods, Chinese and Western catering, healthy fats and other fields.
