She takes responsibility of expanding Glanbia’s protein solutions and value added functional ingredients system in ASPAC, especially for Bars & Healthy Snacks, Sports Nutrition and varied other new applications in food and beverage.  Judy has more than 15 years of experience in B2B business in Infant Nutrition, Food & Beverage industry for leading companies like Cargill, Fonterra and others.  She has strong knowledge in commodities as well as functional ingredients, and strong business management experience crossing the industry from F&B, Health & Nutrition and Infant Formula, introducing new ingredients, penetrating, marketing and branding in emerging market, developing strategic partnership from global to local. Judy holds a B.A. of Shanghai University and MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
