Ellen has 20 years of rich work experience in Consumer and Sensory Insights field having worked with leading international organizations. She joined Givaudan flavours in 2014 to head Consumer Sensory Insight team responsible for Greater China and Korea. Prior to joining Givaudan, Ellen worked for Unilever China for 9 years in CTI and then CMI responsibilities. She brings her expertise of integrating sensory insight and consumer insight to guide flavour innovation. Ellen has been instrumental in leading consumer research work which not only supports innovation programs but also sets Givaudan as the flavor industry leader in this field.
