Dr. Haidi XU is New Business Development manager from BASF Human Nutrition China. She got her PhD degree in Food Science at Purdue University in the United States. Now she is responsible for the promotion of functional ingredients and new launches for China's human nutrition business. Before joining in BASF, Haidi also obtained her MBA degree from INSEAD Business School. She worked at General Mills R&D department and Philips Research department with over six years of experience in the field of new product development and health technology innovation, focusing on chronic disease management such as overweight & obesity, diabetes and gut health. She is the main business contact in China for PeptAIde, a brand new ingredient for sport nutrition.
