Shanghai Licensing Association is a public organizations approved by Shanghai government, its Private Label Specialty Committee (PLSC) was founded in 2013, willing to promote PB market in China and even the development of the Asia-Pacific region, increasing PB market share in China and Asia-Pacific region. Meanwhile, it is the host of Private Label Fair, Asia (PLF).
