Under his leadership, he built the strategic cooperation  with Tsingtao Beer, Coca Cola, JDB, Budweiser, RIO ,etc. Mr.Zhou lead the acquisition of Ball Asia Pacific project, which integrate the metal packaging industry and drive bargaining and profitability. Except this, Mr zhou involves in global strategic investment of parent company Yuanlong , such as the overseas mergers and acquisitions of Jamestrong( metal packaging industry), domestic cross-industry investment  of plastic and metal packaging enterprises(Yongxin & CMPC) .As a fund manager ,he lead the Hongem team to invest  the risk  investment fund which is known as "new economy".Nowadays, the Internet industry economy is booming,  Mr Zhou make a integration of all resources to creat a new compamy " Quan code ". It make the FMCG products flow into standard visualization data, which service brands to make precision marketing to creat a marketing pioneer.
