Powell Guo has received MBA degree from University of Toronto and Double Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He devoted himself into different management positions with well known multinational companies like Tetra Pak, Johnson & Johnson, etc. in the areas of Sales & Marketing and general management for more than 20 years. Currently, Powell is the Sales Director of Food & Beverage segment of Aptar Greater China region. In his career life, he has achieved outstanding results in aspects of new business development, new product launch & rolling out, key account management and team management. Besides, Powell is good at summarizing experience and lessons from practice into standards and guidance for himself and the team as a whole to continuously improve their overall competence level. With impressive strategic thinking capability, he always dives deep into the root of business to find the fundamentals, as such to enable him to identify the best solution of issues from long term perspective. In his spare life, Powell enjoys reading history and philosophy, playing tennis and swimming.
