Mr. HAO Lixiao (郝立晓), aged 43, is an executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited. Mr. Hao was appointed as an executive Director on June 8, 2016 and the Chief Executive Officer on March 22, 2017. He is primarily responsible for developing the business strategies and plans of the Group and overseeing the Group’s operations and performance. He was the deputy general manager of Wuhan ZHY Holdco from October 2007 to July 2015 and is a deputy general manager of our wholly owned subsidiary, Hubei Zhou Hei Ya Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (湖北周黑鸭企业发展有限公司) (“ZHY Development”) from July 2015 to March 2017. Prior to joining our Group, he worked at Wusheng Sanjiaolu Shopping Centre (武盛三角路购物中心) as a salesman from September 1994 to September 1997, Wushang Baisheng Hypermarket (武商百盛量贩店) as a manager from September 1997 to March 2000 and Wushang Hypermarket Company (武商量贩公司), from April 2000 to September 2007 as a buyer of its procurement department.

Mr. Hao graduated from Hubei Economics School (湖北经济学院) majoring in business administration on June 30, 2005. He obtained the certificate of secretary to the board of directors awarded by Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 30, 2012.
