Joined Panda Dairy Group since end of 2017, In Charge of R&D and Technical function of Panda Dairy Group.

Before Joined Panda Dairy, had 12 years R&D experience in Danone Dairy division: Danone Asia Pacific, Dannon US, Danone Japan. Focus on Dairy products, market trend, new product development, Manufacturing productivity, and etc.

Before that worked for Nestle, China liquid Dairy and Nestle Technology center in Switzerland. Several functions experience of Quality, Manufacturing, and New Product Development, also Thermo processing expert in Greater China, many experience with Dairy and Beverage new product launch and manufacturing.
