Mr. Leo Xie, the Regional President APAC, DSM Food Specialties.

Leo has been working in different senior positions in multinational company for many years. He was General Manager of DSM China Joint Venture, Operation Director of DSM Asia Pacific, and Business Director of several sectors in Europe and worldwide from 2002 to 2009 in DSM European headquarter office. Since 2010, Leo took the position as Vice President of DSM Nutritional Products Division of Greater China.  Starting from 2015, he also served concurrently as the chairman of the board of directors after the acquisition of DSM Jiangshan Pharmaceutical Company.  From 2017, Leo has taken the role as Regional President APAC of DSM Food Specialties.

Mr. Leo Xie has diverse business working experience in the areas such as performance materials and nutritional products for many years.  His managing scope covers Greater China, Asia Pacific, Europe, North America and South America, etc.

Mr. Leo Xie holds MBA degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
