James J. Costa, Principal, Founder Sneakz Organic LLC, and Principal, Founder Solutions Engineering and Project Management China Engineering and Project Management.

Jim is a 30 year veteran of PepsiCo and has worked in Domestic and Int’l Operations, where he has served as Head of Operations Pepsi International Central Europe, Vice President of Supply Chain PepsiAmericas, Vice President of Operations Russia Pepsi Beverages International, Vice President of Operations Central States and Caribbean PepsiAmericas, and various other corporate, field related roles. Jim has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Bentley College, an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, and a Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain from Michigan State University.

In Jim’s last role with PepsiCo he oversaw the Global Capital, Operations, Marketing Equipment, and International Procurement Center China for PepsiCo worldwide dealing with some $3.5 billion in capital spend. Currently Jim is serving on several advisory boards working in an assortment of areas ranging from Foods, Beverages, Equity Investors, and International startups.

Jim along with his partners, post retirement from PepsiCo, in China established an engineering services group in Shanghai, and now Beijing, to focus on Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage， Industrial infrastructure. The firm is 100% a China company as Solutions Engineering and Project Management LLC and has done work for Con Agra, AAK , Carlsberg, Unilever, AB Inbev, etc.;

Beyond Jim’s passion for China is his passion for Safe, Sustainable, Hygienic, and Efficient structures coupled with being able to provide the client with “best in class” brand equity that the completed structure presents.

Jim’s greatest passion is for his works and creation of “Good for You” beverages that are free of HFCS, artificial ingredients, preservatives, and GMO’s…. Sneakz Organic has been a fantastic avenue to drive the good for your initiative plus give kids something that is not only great tasting, but extremely nutritious. Jim and his partner Jeff Robbins are determining to show that a brand committed to being Organic, nutritious and tasting great can be successful regardless of where its placed in the beverage aisle.

It may sound corny but what Jim is focused on is giving kids a great, heathy and fun product that Moms can feel good about.

Jim continues to be active with USPAACC, a American Asian minority business group, Engineers without Borders, and the CSCMP, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals coupled with being a strong advocate for sustainable designs/ engineering with focus on worker safety, minimizing water usage and energy conservation.
