Viviana started her professional career with R&D Excellence and food regulatory compliance solution in 2004 in China. She is managing sales and operations in Selerant Asia. Over the years she expanded the regulatory compliance concept extending Selerant’s solution into an integration new product development platform. She has been leading global enterprise systems implementation for major food and beverage companies and always been involved in Food innovation and safety with a close eye on the related global legislations. She works closely with clients across Asia Pacific and has cultivated a solid knowledge in F&B innovation and regulatory compliance.

She is now based in Shanghai from where she leads Selerant Asian Operations with the aim of helping Chinese food and beverage industries implementing proper information technologies for supporting food innovation and regulatory compliance.
