Zhou Xiangshan, Ph.D.in Biochemical Engineering. He has worked successively as Associate Professor, Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor in State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) , Director in Dong E E Jiao Gelatin Engineering and Research Center, Vice-Director of Dong E E Jiao Research Institute, and Assistant President& Director of Research Institute of Dong E E Jiao. Since 2013, he has been working as Vice-President of Dong E E Jiao Co., Ltd.

He is rewarded as Youth Science and Technology Star by Shanghai Government, Youth Science and Technology Innovation Leader by Ministry of Science and Technology, and Science and Technology Innovation Leader in the Ten Thousand Talents Plan organized by Ministry of Organization.
