Trevor Lai is an award-winning author, artist and entrepreneur. Since publishing his first book at the age of 17, he has created more than 18 books for readers of all ages. Trevor founded an animation company to fulfill his lifelong dream of creating stories and characters to share with kids around the world! In addition to BOOMi and Bibop, Trevor has created beloved characters like Piggy in Love and Tomo, both of whom will be starring in book series to be published soon by Harry Porter’s publisher Bloomsbury. Trevor is also known internationally as the host of the talkshow, “Thoughtful China", which has featured more than 200 CEOs, entrepreneurs and executives.

Trevor has hosted and moderated numerous global conferences, interviewing top executives in technology, consumer products, luxury brands and more at events such as TFWA's and Silicon Dragon's annual events.
