On March 31, 2012, PepsiCo completed its strategic alliance with TAB, the alliance creates China's largest beverage manufacturing network with a national distribution network. By forming the strategic alliance, PepsiCo and Kang Shi Fu Beverages are now able to provide dozens of popular beverage products for Chinese consumers satisfy every need.
Richard was recognized by the U.S. trade magazine Ad Age in 2005 as one of 10 Global Marketing Stars. He is also an aspiring film maker and sees many parallels between marketing and the reel world, especially his belief that brands must inspire rather than instruct. He made a trilogy of three short films during his early school years. He grew up in Hong Kong and received education in the U.S., with a B.S.C. from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard University. He is based in Shanghai.
