Kaiming Zhu is senior R&D Director with around 18yrs broad experience in all aspects of R&D.  He received Master Degree on physical chemistry from Nankai University in 1998, then joined P&G (China) R&D technical centre looking after laundry product and process development and implementation. In 2004 Kaiming joined Mars Petcare China R&D and took R&D head role in 2006. In 2010 Kaiming moved to Mars Chocolate China R&D as head of Product and Process Implementation. In 2014 Kaiming took role of Mars Chocolate Global Dove® /Galaxy® R&D Director leading global Dove® /Galaxy® product and process development and standardisation, and driving global scale benefits on innovation, efficiency and quality for global Dove® /Galaxy®.
