Jesper is currently the Head of Asia for Arla Foods. He was with Arla Foods since year 2009 as the Senior Vice President Global Categories & Operations, leading the Global BSM (butter, spreads and margarines) category which represents 1bn Euro in turnover and subsequently Global Cheese category with revenue of over 1.8bn Euro in Arla Foods. During that time, Jesper took about 3 years break from Arla and joined Mengniu Dairy China as the Vice President Marketing Division and member of the Executive Group. Jesper was selected as one of the “Internationalists of the Year 2013” by a recognised marketing association in New York. He was also the contributor of the book “Reinvention of Marketing”.
Before joining Arla Foods, Jesper served as the General Manager Baltic Region of Royal Unibrew Baltics where he was responsible for the overall commercial activities.
Prior to joining Royal Unibrew Baltics, Jesper started his career with P&G holding various responsibilities for about 13 years, spanning from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Malaysia and Singapore. Jesper holds a Master of Science in International Marketing from Southern Denmark Business School and Denver University.
