
Peter Everett is currently the Strategic Business Unit Director of Yoplait China, as well as Chief Marketing Officer of General Mills Greater China. He holds a bachelor’s degree in French literature from Carleton College (USA) and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. He has worked across a variety of categories and markets for General Mills, spanning 17 years with the company. He began in the company’s US Snacks and Meals businesses. After a 2-year period in the US breakfast cereal business working on innovation, he shifted to the global cereal business, Cereal Partners Worldwide, a joint venture between General Mills and Nestle. Following 7 years in Europe with CPW, he led a business unit focused on innovation in new categories in the US Snacks business. He relocated to Shanghai in early 2014 to prepare the launch of Yoplait yogurt in China.
