In his previous position as the head of strategy and planning for Ogilvy & Mather Group Shanghai, Bell’s strategic direction was credited with winning a diverse portfolio of local and multinational brands such as Nikon, Chanel and Philips. While in this position, his work won a first-ever IPA effectiveness award for a campaign in China. Within that agency, Bell also held principal roles such as global planning lead for WPP’s “Team Dell.”In addition to his advertising-side work, Bell has also worked client-side. He served as director, marketing communications for Adidas Greater China, and led finance, strategy, creative and execution for their 2008 Beijing Olympics marketing campaign. The campaign went on to win the China Effies’ Grand Prix and a Gold Lion at Cannes.
