Melody is the Director of Design Operations at Mondelēz International and provides strategic Design to Print leadership and vision for all Mondelez brand packaging. Her and her global network are responsible for D2P for such Global iconic brands as Oreo, LU, Honey Maid, Cadbury, Halls, Ritz and Trident gum.
Prior to joining Kraft Foods/Mondelēz International in 2010, Melody led the Global Graphics, Pre-press and Variable data functions at Avery Dennison, Retail Information Services. During her ten year tenure, she led the team that commercialized Digital printing technology (Tag and Label sampling) for all of Avery’s global operations.
A native of North Carolina, Melody received her BFA in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Masters in Industrial Technology /Graphic Communication Systems from NC A&T State University. She is a sought after expert in D2P and has been a consultant in this space for over 15 years.
