Yongchun Dai got Master Degree of Industrial Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology in 1986. He has 24 years of management experience in Multi-international food company (Mars and McDonald’s) and 5 years teaching experience in the university, He has accumulated rich knowledge and expertise in Lean Manufacturing , E2E Lean Supply Chain, Strategy Sourcing, Training and Coaching.  Yongchun became an independent consultant and coach in Lean Enterprise from 2015.
