Min joined McKinsey in 2005, and currently leads the firm’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) practice in Greater China.
Min has more than 10 years of experience in SCM/Lean and has led multiple transformation programs across different sectors for both MNC and local clients.
Recent McKinsey experience
Min has helped develop investment plans and strategies around logistics for leading companies in agriculture, finance, apparel, and dairy.
He has also led the SCM transformation for some of the largest PC ODMs and OEMs in Asia.
Pre-McKinsey experience
Prior to McKinsey, Min worked for a major camera/office equipment manufacturer in China, managing the distribution and warehousing in east China. Before that, Min worked for a leading 3PL vendor, managing the key accounts’ logistics flow inside China.
Min received his MA in SCM from MIT-Zaragoza International Logistics Program and his BA in International Shipping from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He speaks Mandarin and English fluently.
