Emmanuel came to Shanghai from TBWA\Paris where he led strategic guidance for global account such as McDonald’s and Michelin. He built the Insight & Strategic division for TBWA’s Integer China and lead integrated strategy for TBWA\Shanghai.

Emmanuel has strong FMCG experience (Nestle, Henkel, Mars) helping brands build complex shopper strategies in an increasingly multichannel retail environment. Prior joining TBWA, he worked for OgilvyOne in Europe and helped develop international CRM and E-CRM programs such as the first Nestle multi-brands program and the Nestle Baby program across 8 different countries including China.

Emmanuel is a graduate from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He believes that to succeed brands must capture shoppers in their pre-tail phase by having a deeper and more disciplined approach of their behaviors and excavating insights throughout the shopping journey.
