Mr. Yang obtained bachelor degree from National Taiwan University and MBA from National ChengChi University. Before current responsibility in Master Kong, he has over 36 years of R&D innovation management experiences with USI Corporation in Taiwan, with P&G in US, Japan and Mainland China and with Master Kong in Tianjin and Shanghai. He joined Master Kong Holding in 2005 as Head of Research & Development, in charge of the management of Instant Noodle R&D Center, Beverage R&D Center, Convenient Food R&D Center, and the Corporate Fundamental Research and Food Safety Departments and Chinese Food Culture Academy. In addition to R&D innovation responsibility, Mr. Yang has also been driving improvement in the interface management between R&D, QA and plant operations to facilitate smooth transfer from R&D innovation to scale-up production. He is also promoting open innovation via close collaboration with academic institutions and industrial associations for research and technology development work and talent development. He was assigned as Chairman for China Eastern Region in January 2014.
Mr. Yang has been invited in many occasions to share his experiences in innovation and food safety management, and well recognized as a professional in these fields.
