Dr. Yanxiang Gao (1961.12- ), a professor of Food Science and Engineering in China Agricultural University, took a post of vice president of China Huiyuan Juice Group Co. Ltd. over 10 years and also worked in Master Kong Holdings Corp. for 5 years. Now, he is specializing in juice beverages and the fundemental research of science and technologies of beverage industry, such as the stabilization and delivery system of potential new natural functional ingredients; the application of non-thermal processing techniques in beverage industry. He was awarded twice by the local government, and nearly 120 papers was publicated, including 60 peer reviewed papers published in SCI/EI journals. He has got 12 patents of invention and brought out 6 textbooks for college students.
