Philip joined Tate & Lyle in July 2012 as the Asia Pacific Region Marketing Director. He is dedicated to make the voice of consumers heard at various level of the business. So that company and clients can reach consensus on meeting the needs of consumers. Meanwhile, Philip provides professional added value marketing service to company’s clients to enhance their competitive strength.
Before joining Tate & Lyle, Philip was Asia Pacific Region Marketing Director at Cargill Specialty Asia BU (2006-2012) as well as the Beverag Packaging Division Sales & Marketing Director in International Paper (2000-2006). He has profound understanding of packaged food and beverage business in Asia Pacific Region. He assists the company to explore Asia Pacific market and maintains good relation with key clients.
Philip also has rich experience in consumer goods marketing. His career in this field started when he served at NamChow (1991-1993). Later he also served as product and marketing manager at global companies such as Nestle (1994-1997) and Kraft (1997-2000)
Philip has a bachelor degree of business adminstration from Tamkang University in Taiwan as well as MBA degree from Northrop University in USA.
